Staff

NES has a team of highly educated and experienced professionals who bring creativity, experience, expertise, and scholarship, combining the academic excellence of traditional education to develop knowledge and skills among students to solve tough problems, collaborate effectively, and to express ideas in new ways.

Our academic staff will try to create a student-centered teaching and learning environment, if possible, to offer them with the opportunities to interact with one another to create more meaningful learning.

At NES we believe the importance of continuous professional development for staff to improve both knowledge and pedagogical skills. Academic staff are required to take mandatory 30 hours of professional development work a year by attending the training, participating workshops and conferences. In addition, a weekly one-hour in-house knowledge shared, lesson planning, teaching, and learning activities will be conducted among the staff to strengthen their pedagogical approaches.

We recruit  qualified and well experienced staff and make sure that these staff have the write preservice, work experience and professional development training to be fit for practicing in our classroom.
