The advisory council provides overall strategic guidance for the wholistic improvement of NES. We believe the strategic planning, analysis and making decisions are an important process for managing an educational environment. The management makes various decisions at different levels to carrying out the strategic planning and analysis to make the best use of their resources necessary for sustaining quality enhancement of the school. Both internal and external factors that influence the process of identification and evaluation of possible techniques and methods aimed at achieving the goals are considered when making decisions on their operations. Every advantage of traditional management tools and approaches to both education and management are taken to decide on the extent to which these tools will be involved in strategic decision making.
